It's 2023 & a new year brings with it lots of hope & opportunity. According to Chinese philosophy; this new year is the year of the Rabbit & is considered a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity. Let's hope that's true... it's a welcome transition from the volatility and unpredictability of the Year of the Tiger which preceded it. (The Year of the Tiger- 2022).
In Chinese folklore, the rabbit is considered the luckiest of all the twelve animals, so 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope. It symbolizes luck and patience. The rabbit will bring qualities that may have been lacking in the previous year, such as peace and success. This year is expected to be less dramatic or turbulent than the last Year of the Tiger. If we are looking at world events 2022 was surely volatile.
Over here we are a community that empowers each other, is looking to heal & feel restful & great day in and day out, we look to heal from the inside- get our bodies & minds in balance & find positivity - because i promise you there is so much positive in this world... if only you notice it.
We begin life on a clean slate in 2023. 2022 for me was one of the most dramatic years of my life personally- beginning with getting back to 'normal life' pos-Covid- to getting Covid- then growing they brand that gives me purpose and joy- the traumatic loss of a very dear family member - the gain of a new family altogether. Sounds like a rollercoaster right? Well it certainly was no less.
I provide nutritional counseling and programs, stress management techniques through meditative methods, and a deep dive into spirituality and nervous system balancing.
